The river has opened up but both Tadoussac Bay and Ste. Catherine’s bay are still jammed with ice.  The ferries are moving this morning but we noticed there is quite a line up on the Ste Catherine’s side  at 0730 so perhaps they had to shut down for a period of time in the night at tide turn as well.
